OUR PHILOSOPHY HERE…

At Lakeside training is to provide balanced training methods to help your dog exceed expectations in training. We emphasize the importance of a healthy, strong relationship between you and your dog, and we’re here every step of the way to ensure your success! After completing one of our programs, we offer free follow-up appointments with you and your dog for the entirety of the dogs life.

Jenny Lang

Jenny is the owner and head trainer here at Lakeside Paws. Her training career began with her French Mastiff (Dogue de Bordeaux) Sienna. Sienna came with some reactivity and aggression which inspired Jenny to begin learning about dog training. Jenny does not specialize in one type of training and does a little bit of everything.

Jenny currently resides in Frisco, Texas with her daughter Kamryn and her 8 dogs Coyote, Rolo, Nova, Lucy, Faith, Sid, Alvin, and Weezer. Jenny continues to give back to the community with her rescue, Lakeside Rescue, and is working towards expanding Lakeside Paws in several ways. She spends her free time working out, pack walking with her dogs, and supporting and caring for her daughter in her extracurricular activities.

Robert Sage

Robert has been training for 11+ years, beginning with his mothers training business when he was a child. His mother left her career to pursue her passion in dog training. This inspired Robert to carry on his mothers amazing legacy and took over her business after her passing. He specializes in dogs who have high drive and a history of aggression. His ability to connect with any dog is amazing and something we are very thankful of here at Lakeside!

He currently resides in Frisco, Texas with his aunt, sister, niece and 3 dogs Ace, Dakota, and Little Bit. In his free time he likes to barbecue, train his own dogs, and help with the rescue dogs by fostering. In the future, he hopes to get into GRC, bite work, scent work.

Megan Reynolds

Megan has been training dogs for roughly 10 years on and off with her own dogs. Here is what Megan has to say about her training journey: “I got my start with watching Cesar Millan on the Dog Whisperer. Trying out what I saw on TV with my own dogs, one of which was a dog aggressive beagle mix, and then helping other people's dogs I'd see at the dog park. In 2015 I became a part of the DFW German Shepherd Rescue where I started fostering for them. As I kept fostering they started giving me more and more challenging dogs, until finally I became one of the people they'd send the ones that needed rehabilitation. I finally started professionally training only about 5 years ago.” She specializes in German Shepherd breeds, fearful dogs, basic and advanced obedience, off leash reliability, leash aggression.

She currently resides in Rowlett, Texas with her mixed breed dogs, Laney and Rowdy. She spends her free time training her dogs, attending to her boarding dogs, and hiking. She plans to continue her training journey and learning because she believes you are always a student!

Christian Rangel

Christian has been training dogs for 4 years. His interest and love for the Belgian Malinois inspired him to learn the trade. Christian specializes in play based training, competitive obedience, and protection sports. He is passionate about high energy “crazy” dogs (his word) and loves dogs, even if they're trying to bite him.

He currently resides in Frisco, Texas with his 2 Belgians; Marcy and Obito. In his free time he loves to spend time outside either training or fishing with his dogs. He hopes to compete in high level protection sports and start a bite club of his own.
